Musikolastika: Jurnal Pertunjukan dan Pendidikan Musik published by the Music Education Study Program of the Department of Sendratasik, FBS UNP as a medium for channeling thoughts and research results in the following domains: (1) Music Performance; (2) Music Education; (3) Musicology; and (4) Ethnomusicology in the format of research articles, review articles / literature studies, case reports, and conceptual or policy articles.

Musikolastika: Jurnal Pertunjukan dan Pendidikan Musik is a scientific media that disseminates knowledge related to music and its use in society. This journal publishes research articles, review articles/literature studies, case reports, and conceptual or policy articles. Musikolastika is published with a focus on musicology: analysis and form of music, ethnomusicology, music performance, music education, philosophy, aesthetics, concepts, and music theory, historical and musical entities, performance or performance applications, and technology; production, distribution, and consumption in music industrialization.

Editors receive manuscripts that have never been published in other media from lecturers, researchers, students, and practitioners with the writing conditions as listed on the back page (instructions for authors). Submissions will be evaluated and edited for uniformity of format, terms and other ordinances.
